Step 1

Select your room style

เลือกสไตล์ห้องที่ถูกใจ

1.1 Select your room style

First, find your most favourite room from 6 interior room styles that we have prepared.
If you have specific requirements, for example, extra functions, we are ready to adjust layout to customise the room for you.

" Remark: When the room is tailor made, price will be varied to your need as well."

1.2 Deposit

After you have found your favourite room style, please transfer deposit to us. This deposit will be waved to your package price after you sign contract with us.

1.3 Site survey

After we received your deposit, we will survey your room to make an accurate design work.
The final price of your design package will be varied according to your room size and requirements.

1.4 Design summary and quotation

We will send the final design summary, decoration details and quotation for approval before you sign a contract with us.

1.2 โอนเงินมัดจำ

หลังจากที่ลูกค้าเลือกแพคเจกที่เหมาะสมได้แล้ว กรุณาโอนเงินมัดจำ ก่อนที่จะดำเนินงานขั้นต่อไป เงินมัดจำนี้จะนำไปรวมกับค่าแพคเกจ หลังจากที่ลูกค้าได้เซ็นต์สัญญาว่าจ้าง

1.3 สำรวจหน้างาน

หลังจากทาง ROOMMATE ได้รับเงินมัดจำ จะทำการเข้าไปสำรวจหน้างาน เพื่อทำการแก้ไขแบบให้เข้ากับพื้นที่หน้างานจริง

1.4 เสนอแบบ และราคาตามพื้นที่จริง

เราจะนำเสนอรูปแบบห้องที่จะตกแต่งตามพื้นที่จริง และรายละเอียดการตกแต่ง พร้อมแนบใบเสนอราคาที่ปรับแก้ไขราคาตามพื้นที่ที่ตกแต่งจริงให้ลูกค้าพิจารณาก่อนเซ็นต์สัญญาว่าจ้าง

Step 2

Payment procedure

ขั้นตอนการชำระเงิน

Payment terms are divided into three parts:

1st term: 50% of package price, pay when sign contract.
2nd term: 40% of package price, pay within 7 days after the first day of installation.
3rd term: 10% of package price, pay when the work finish.

การชำระเงินแบ่งออกเป็น 3 งวด ดังนี้

งวดที่ 1: 50% ของราคาแพคเกจ จ่าย ณ วันที่เซ็นต์สัญญา 
งวดที่ 2: 40% ของราคาแพคเกจ จ่ายภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่เข้าติดตั้งงานวันแรก
งวดที่ 3: 10% ของราคาแพคเกจ จ่าย ณ วันส่งมอบงาน
